At MahaRaja, we have 5 traditional round wooden bungalows, built over the ocean. They are called Honai, in Papuan language.

Being 80m² in size, they are large enough to accommodate up to 4 people, making them suitable for families and groups.

Our Honais are equipped with ensuite toilets and bathrooms and include a 15 m² ocean view terrace.

The only exception is the Matahari Honai which has a stunning 30m² wide open ocean view terrace.

Providing unparalleled views of the open sea and stunning sunsets right from bed, our Honais are perfect for a romantic getaway.

Note: MahaRaja is accessible for disabled people and all our jetties are wheelchair friendly. So, everyone can join the adventure!

• Raja Ampat Marine Park fee (1,000,000 IDR to be paid directly in cash to the local government agent upon your arrival in Sorong)

• Alcoholic drinks (5 euros) and soft drinks (3 euros) at MahaRaja

• 1 transit night in Sorong, if needed, based on your flight schedule at our partner hotel

For your flight booking

Please note that in case your flight departure from Sorong is in the morning, we will transfer you to Sorong the day before where you will spend the night, prior your departure. We will assist you with hotel booking in Sorong. For any flight departure after 2pm, we will organize a morning transfer.
